Our lab is seeking highly-motivated postdoctoral researchers interested in main group and organometallic chemistry.

Qualifications:

1) Completed or about to complete their Ph.D. degree, aged under 35 years old;

2) Strong background in inorganic chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry or other related fields; experience in Schlenk line technique and crystallography is preferred;

3) Good reading and written skills in English;

4) Strong track record of relevant publications in peer reviewed journals with at least one first-author paper;

5) Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision;

6) Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a team.

Salary and Opportunities

1) The annual salary is not less than 300,000 RMB/year and the salary for fresh Ph.D. graduates could reach to 350,000 RMB/year.

2) Exceptional performance during the postdoctoral period may lead to the opportunity for a permanent position as an associate professor after two-year postdoctoral period.
